Scheduling & Changes

We Get It – Life Happens

We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Why? When you book a 3-hour extension appointment, we turn away other guests who need that slot. Last-minute cancellations mean our stylists lose income they can’t recover.

What this means:

  • Reschedule anytime with 48+ hours notice – no charge, no hassle
  • Less than 48 hours? You will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service you’re canceling. This fee must be paid in full before you can book your next appointment.
  • No-shows (not checked in within 15 minutes) You will be charged 50% of the missed appointment price. This fee must be paid in full before you can book your next appointment.

True emergencies: Medical emergencies, family crises, or situations beyond your control, we get it. Contact us immediately and we’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

We Love Your Kids – Just Not During Your Appointment

Here’s the honest truth: We can’t guarantee your child’s safety in our salon.

Between hot tools, chemicals, cords, and sharp scissors, salons aren’t kid-friendly spaces. More importantly, your appointment is YOUR time to relax – something moms rarely get.

Our policy: Children cannot accompany you during services unless they have their own appointment.

If You're Unhappy With Your Service

We want you to LOVE your hair. If something’s not right, please tell us within 3 days of your appointment.

We’ll make it right with:

  • Complimentary adjustment appointments
  • Color corrections if needed
  • Honest conversation about what happened and how to fix it.

After 3 days, your hair has been exposed to home care, styling, and environmental factors that make it hard to assess our work accurately. At that point, adjustments will be treated as a new service.

Why this matters: We stand behind our work completely. The 3-day window ensures we can see what’s actually our responsibility vs. external factors.

How to Pay

All services are due in full at your appointment.

We accept:

  • All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
  • Mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Cash

We don’t accept: Afterpay, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App
