A 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. If you have not checked in at the salon within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a no-show. To book after a no-show, a 50% fee of the scheduled service is required to be payed in full prior to rescheduling.
It’s important to note that we cannot ensure your child’s safety in the salon. We strive to keep our salon environment an experience for you to relax and enjoy your self care time. Children in the salon can hinder that experience not only for you, but also for the other guests in the salon. For liability and safety reasons, no children may accompany you while having a service done or without an appointment.
All retail product and hair extension sales are final. All services are non-refundable. If for any reason you are unhappy with your service and needing an adjustment, please inform us within 3 days after your scheduled appointment. After the 3 day mark, you will need to reschedule for a new service.
All services are required to be payed in full at the time of your appointment. After pay, Venmo, Paypal and Cash App are NOT accepted payment methods at the salon. Accepted payment methods include all major credit cards, mobile wallets, and cash payments.
